Angela Yvonne "Angie" Johnson of St. Anthony Idaho, a caring mother, grandmother, and friend unexpectedly left us on April 17th 2022 at 49 years of age.

Angie was born on September 6th 1972 to parents Vernon Leroy Johnson and Kathleen Marie Johnson in Idaho Falls Idaho.

After graduating high school in 1990 she married Jim Thieman of Idaho Falls and they soon started a wild game processing side business together. In august of 1992 Angie was blessed with the birth of her only child, a daughter named Tina. They spent time traveling as a family enjoying seeing new places and visiting with relatives in other states. After divorcing in 2005, Angie met her life partner Karleen Janssen while working at Teton Kennels in Idaho Falls. She Moved to Ashton Idaho to live with Karleen and they enjoyed the great outdoors together. Angie had a passion for the wild and loved to go hunting, fishing, camping, and helping with the daily chores on the ranch. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and her family.

In 2016 Angie was blessed with the "light of her whole world" a grandson, Casen. She spent every moment of her free time watching him grow and mature, and shared her love of the outdoors with him. Angie moved to St. Anthony Idaho in 2021 to be closer to her daughter and grandson after the passing of her life partner Karleen. She started a new job as a custodian at South Fremont high school and loved her job and the extra time she could spend with Casen.

Angela is survived by her daughter Tina (Chance) Armstrong, grandson Casen Armstrong, siblings Candace (Mike) Whitaker, Holly (Nic) Berthelson, and Danny Johnson.

Angela is preceded in death by her parents Vernon and Kathleen Johnson, and life partner Karleen Janssen.

There will be a celebration of life later this year (2022) an exact date and location to be determined.
