Obituary
Arthur Sterns Mehner, 78 of Germantown, Maryland passed away, Sunday, December 16, 2018.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 20th at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to services. Interment will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
