Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Beatrice May Moon Blain, age 90 of St. Anthony, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Beatrice was born March 17, 1932 to Samuel Ray Moon and Ivy May Dixon at Ashton, Idaho. After attending school in Ashton, She attended Brigham Young University where she was studding to be a teacher. She met Archie Blain there and they were married April 7th, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple. They moved to Ashton Idaho where their 4 kids were born. She gardened, canned and loved her babies. In 1967 they moved to St. Anthony and eventually built the home they now live in.

She was and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She has filled many callings and Temple assignments.

She enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, quilting, canning and genealogy. She and her husband continued to have exciting adventures long after he could no longer walk. They enjoyed nature visiting mountains and rivers all over the west.

She is survived by her children, Evelyn (Micah) of St. Anthony and David (Dixie) of Ucon, ID. Brother Ellsworth (Jamie) of Ashton and Brother Jean (Terri) of St. Anthony. 16 grand children, many great grand children. All of which she loved to see as often as possible.

Funeral Services will be held Friday November 18th, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Twin Groves 2nd ward chapel (247 E. 4th N. St. Anthony, ID)with Bishop Russ Miller officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary (581 E. 1st N., St. Anthony, ID) and again on Friday 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Pineview Cemetery in Ashton, ID.
