Beverley Fe Wininger age 66, of Salem Idaho passed away from complications of a stroke in her home July 9, 2022.

Beverley was born May 1, 1956, in San Diego, California to Donald and Gloria Martin. She grew up and raised a family in San Diego until 2020 when she and her husband retired and moved to Salem Idaho.

She attended Kearney High School her senior year where she met and then married her High School sweetheart Jack Wininger. They loved playing softball and over the line together for over 30 years.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved serving others and serving in all capacities in her church. Most of her service was in Primary as the Primary President, Stake Primary President, teacher, baptismal coordinator, scout leader, as well as Ward and Stake Activity chairman.  She also served with the young women as an advisor.

She and her husband raised 6 kids. After the San Diego Temple was dedicated in 1993, they were sealed together as a family for all time and eternity. She made an effort to host family home evenings and scripture study and later Come Follow Me. She also enjoyed indexing while listening to the Tabernacle Choir.

She loved her family especially her grandkids. She was always willing to change diapers, rock a baby to sleep, or feed her family. She loved hosting family gatherings and having big dinners as a family.

She influenced many people throughout her life, she always made sure others were taken care of at Christmas and birthdays.

She loved to go shopping and would leave her husband home, so she could shop longer. She would look for items off the clearance rack and then come home and tell her husband how much money she saved him.

Some of her hobbies included, doing puzzles, crocheting, knitting, sewing, growing flowers and plants, watching murder mysteries and Harry Potter, road trips and vacations, visiting family, wearing cheetah print, visors, and putting on lipstick.

She is survived by her husband Jack Wininger, children, Jack (Angie) Wininger JR, Andy (Mary) Wininger, Shellie (Dalen) Tolman, Natalie (Scott) Carpenter, Anthony (Diana) Wininger, Kaylie (Dylan) Anderson, 17 and counting grandkids, Siblings Reyna Hano, Donald Martin, Sandee Archer, Sam (Kathy) Martin

In honor of Beverley Wininger, we will host an open house in lieu of a viewing Thursday evening, July 21 ^st from 6:00-8:00pm at Shellie Tolman's Home. 3619 Hirschi Loop, Rexburg Id.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 12, 2022, at 11 am at the Salem LDS Chapel. Visitation will be held from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service.
