Beverly Ann Skinner, 73 of St. Anthony, died Monday, February 26, 2018.

She was born on September 26, 1944 in Enid, Oklahoma to James Elmer Blackwell Jr. and Lillie Cleopatra Glasscock Blackwell. With her father in the Army Air Corp she traveled with her family and attended schools in many different places until he retired in Florida.
Beverly attended South Florida and Florida State Universities.

She married William Skinner on July 23, 1988 in Idaho Falls. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She loved to read , do family history, raising flowers and visits from granddhildren.


She is survived by her husband William of St. Anthony, ID; She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Wilford LDS Chapel with Bishop Jon Bailey officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:15 until 9:45 a.m. prior to services. Private burial will take place later in the spring. Arrangements were made through Bert Flamm Mortuary.
