Obituary

On December 4 1940 William "Bill" Vaughn Park was born to James Merl Park and Geneva Sessions, in the LDS hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Bill grew up in a happy home with his 2 brothers and 2 sisters, Raymond (Ray), Midge, James (Jim), and Ann. Bill lived a ranch lifestyle, in his free time he would work on the ranch with his dad and older brothers.
When Bill got old enough to drive a truck he started working with Ted Williams and was hauling from California to Canada. Bill worked lots of different hauling jobs whether that be logging, cattle, concrete, potatoes, or just over the road hauling.
On August 1 1969 Bill met the love of his life Bonnie Muir, they met dragging main in his best friend's brand new burnt orange Charger in St. Anthony Idaho. Bill and Bonnie got married June 3 1972 surrounded by their family and friends. Bill and Bonnie started their family in 1973 with their first born Rulin, later welcoming Billy in 1974 and Don in 1977, and in 1978 they had their angel Bonnie.
Bill and Bonnie would spend their time on the road hauling all over the United states, putting millions of miles on all kinds of different trucks. The only two states of the lower 48 they didn't make it to were Vermont and Maine. As their family grew and grew, family started becoming more and more important to them. As time passed they settled down in St. Anthony Idaho later moved into Homestead nursing home. June 3, 2022 they celebrated 50 years together. Their family grew to include Rulin and Sandee (6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren), Billy and Shilo (4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren), and Don and Mikayla (2 grandchildren).
On July 15, 2022 Bill passed away peacefully with his wife by his side.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Anthony 3rd LDS Ward Chapel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary 581 E. 1st N., St. Anthony and again  on Thursday .from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Sugar City Cemetery.
