Blair Glen Hilton, 80, of Rexburg, died December 8, 2017, at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born December 27, 1936, in Salem, Idaho, to Glen Hugh and Belva Hunziker Hilton.

Blair served in the US Army from 1955 to 1957.

He married LaDean Thorpe on October 25, 1958, in Osgood, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Seattle LDS temple.

Blair worked for a number of years as a parts manager for different Case dealerships. He then went to work for Madison County as a county environmental technician. He enjoyed his job and liked to run and take care of the heavy equipment.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Blair was much loved by his family and extended family. He will be missed.

He is survived by his wife, LaDean of Rexburg; son, David Hilton of Idaho Falls; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Justin Orgill of St. Anthony, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Belva Hilton, and his sister Sharon Rowberry.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg, 61 North 1st East. The family would like to invite friends who may not be able to attend the service to a viewing Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services, both times at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
