Bonnie Jean Zundel, 81, of Parker, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021.
She was born June 19, 1940, in Rexburg, Idaho to George Russell and Winifred Stevens Rowe. She attended Rexburg schools and graduated from Madison High School. She married her sweetheart Neil Zundel on August 6, 1958, in the Idaho Falls Temple. They made their first home in Puyallup, Washington in a third story furnished apartment including utilities where they paid $40.00 per month. She made a comfortable home where ever she lived.
Bonnie was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints serving in the Primary and Young Women organizations and also as Relief Society President.
She loved music and joined Mello-Daires and served as their president for several years. She also volunteered for the Red Cross working with their Blood Drives. She was always one who like to be involved serving others.
She is survived by her husband Neil Zundel; children, Gary (Valentina) Zundel of Jackson, WY; David Zundel of Mesa, AZ; Debra (Greg) Kesler of Holden, UT and Daniel (Brandy) Zundel of Roseburg, OR; almost countless posterity with lots of grandchildren, more great grandchildren and a few great - great grandchildren; She is also survived by siblings, Edwin Rowe; Brenda (Ron) Devenish; Barbara (Billie) Atchley; Neil Jay Rowe; Carla (Jim) Tuberville and Pam (David) Cramm. She was preceded in death by her parents a brother, Dwight and a sister, Cheryl.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 2, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Parker Church. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Parker Cemetery under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary
