Brett Anson Garner, 27, of St. Anthony, Idaho, passed away on October 16, 2024. Born on May 9, 1997 in Rexburg Idaho, Brett grew up in the St. Anthony area, and was the youngest of nine children.

Brett graduated from South Fremont High School in 2015, where he made lifelong friends and was known for his sharp wit and infectious sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh, no matter the circumstance, and was cherished by all who knew him.

On May 25, 2019, Brett married the love of his life, Aria Andrus. Together they built a life in Utah, bringing along Brett's beloved dog, Heimer, into their family. Brett was passionate about spending time with his close friends, especially when it came to playing video games together. He was also adored by his nieces and nephews, his playful and fun personality made him easy to love. After he and Aria recently fulfilled a major dream of visiting Japan, he found a love of traveling. It was an unforgettable trip that meant the world to them both.

Brett's laughter, sense of humor, and joy will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is survived by his wife Aria Garner, of Provo Utah, his parents, Kevin Garner of St Anthony Idaho and Julee Johnson (Brett) of Sugar City Idaho, along with his two sisters and six brothers, Jared Garner (Sarah) of Gulf Breeze Florida, EmmaLee Garner (Travis) of Logan Utah, Tyrel Garner (Brianne) of Wilford Idaho, Mark Garner (Kaila) of Rexburg Idaho, Kade Garner (Samantha) of Chester Idaho, Klint Garner (Aislynn) of Brier Washington, Keith Garner (Lauren) of American Fork Utah, KayLee McCoy (Dan) of Coolin Idaho, and his 9 nieces and 14 nephews.

A private family service will be held and for friends who are interested you may watch by live stream on Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
