Brigham Lee Forbush, 35, of Sugar City, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, of natural causes. He was born September 12, 1979, in Rexburg, Idaho to Bruce and Holly Stone Forbush. He grew up in Sugar City and graduated from Sugar Salem High School. He later earned an Associate Degree from Ricks College and a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University - Hawaii. At the time of his death, he was pursuing higher education with the goal of becoming a pharmacist.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served an honorable mission in Houston, Texas.
Brigham loved life. He had many adventures such as river rafting in Alaska, scuba diving in Hawaii, and hiking trails in southeastern Idaho. He loved the outdoors, especially camping and hiking with friends and family. He had many friends that helped shape him into the man he became.
He had a variety of professional interests, working in finance, the oil fields, and most recently in pharmacy. He was active in his church callings and loved those he served.
He married his sweetheart, Jenna Judd, in the Idaho Falls temple on November 4, 2005. They have four beautiful little girls that were the highlight of his life. He was preceded in death by their second daughter, Eva, and his grandfather, Bill Forbush. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Brigham is survived by his wife Jenna, their three daughters, Jordyn, Rachel and Beth; parents, Bruce and Holly Forbush; siblings, Emily (Kurtis) Crapo, Lauralee (Mike) Flores, Kimmi Forbush, William (Kimberly) Forbush; grandparents, Loretta Forbush, George and Gloria Stone, Keith and Leslie Averett.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, at the Sugar City 2nd Ward Chapel, 6 North Teton Avenue. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Sugar City Cemetery.
