Obituary

Bryant Benar Wright 73, of Rexburg passed away Friday June 1, 2012 at Madison Memorial Hospital after a short illness.




He was born May 22, 1939 in Camrose, Alberta, Canada to Cecil Benar and Clara May Wright. He was raised in Mountain View, Alberta, Canada and attended school in Mountain View and also in Lethbridge. He graduated from Mountain View and received a scholarship to Ricks College. While attending Ricks College, he met the love of his life Karen Womack. They were married May 28, 1959 in Rexburg, and were later sealed in the Cardston Alberta Temple. In October 1959, they moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where Bryant continued his education and graduated from the Salt Lake School of Electronics. After graduation they returned to Rexburg and began dry farming with Karen's parents in the Teton Basin and later started a dairy in Hibbard and also farmed in Hibbard and Plano.

For the last 25 years they have operated their own business, which develops and manufactures KleerVu Products. They have traveled more than a million miles to promote, distribute, and sell their products.



He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many different calling throughout his life.



He was a wonderful man and will be remembered for his smile, his hugs, his love and devotion for his family, his generosity, his courage, strength and determination. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife Karen Wright of Hibbard, his children; Jodi (Richard) Thornock of Rexburg, Jason (Nan) Wright, 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Sisters Margaret Thompson of Spokane Washington, Charmayne Scanlon of Nelson British Columbia Canada, and mother-in-law Loree Womack.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sons James Bryant Wright and Jeff Elmer Wright.



Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at the Hibbard LDS Chapel with Bishop Kent Lundin officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
