Eddie Cameron Eddins, beloved son, brother, father, husband, uncle and friend was born on May 8, 1991 to Paul and JoAnn Eddins in American Fork, Utah. He passed on July 3, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones.
Cameron was raised in American Fork, Utah and Rexburg, Idaho. He loved the outdoors and found great peace in nature. He loved to take long drives, (and probably climb something most people would find crazy,) to a high point and enjoy the view.
Cameron worked as an automotive technician and had a natural ability to problem solve anything involving a vehicle. This skillset served him well in his most passionate hobby, which was drag racing. Cameron was a daredevil, he liked to take the risk, jump the jump, and when he was riding or driving, he was at his best. Cameron had great agility, he was highly accomplished at motor sports and was truly gifted.
Cameron was humble and giving, if he saw someone in need, he would take it all on himself, even if it meant the shirt off his back. When he loved, he loved completely and without conditions.
What mattered the most to Cameron was family. His most precious relationship was with his son Gage. Their favorite thing to do together was take a fast ride on the RZR, or laugh hysterically, most of the time at ridiculous YouTube videos. Cameron and Gage both have a heart of gold and now Gage will carry on the loving and caring memory of his dad.
Cameron's final selfless gift in this life was an organ donation. His heart, lungs, liver, and both kidneys were identified for placement. We are grateful for Cameron and the chance his legacy has to live on in the service of others.
He is survived by his son, Gage Eddins, parents, Paul & JoAnn Eddins of Rexburg Idaho, his former spouse Suzanne Terry, his spouse, Karrington Woods Eddins, and siblings, his sister, Nichole (Lincoln) McDonald of Idaho Falls Idaho, sister, Tanya (Ross) Bingham of Tacoma Washington, brother, Rory (Chelsey) Eddins of Riverton Utah; grandparent, Boyd Holdaway of Rexburg Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lois Holdaway of Rexburg Idaho, grandparents, Shirley & Gene Williams of Rexburg Idaho, grandfather, Ace Eddins of Monteview Idaho.
