Our beloved Camille Rachel Hymas Griggs was born on November 19, 1980, in Rexburg, Idaho. She leaves behind her loving partner, Jace Crain of St. Anthony, and her children Trinity Mercedes Griggs Ratzlaff (husband Shawn) and Gage Caldwell Griggs. Camille was the daughter of Douglas M and Linda Jean Lott Hymas of Rexburg and granddaughter of Beverly Joy Stewart Lott Painter. She was sister to Alice Hymas Beagley Manwaring (husband Bart), Benjamin Hymas (wife Tamara Butler), Nathan Hymas (wife Elizabeth Robbins), Anna Hymas Floyd (husband Ami), Katie Hymas Mueller (husband Matthew), and Joshua Hymas (wife Mindi Erickson). She departed this earthly life surrounded by her loved ones on December 10, 2022, at the age of 42 from a battle with renal cell carcinoma.

Camille graduated from Madison High School in 1999 then Brigham Young University- Idaho in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration. For the past five years, Camille has loved her job and fellow coworkers at Idaho Central Credit Union in Pocatello as a Commercial Portfolio Manager.

The most important people in her life will never forget her deep and personal interest in you. Her eyes would sparkle when she talked of her children and considered Trinity and Gage her best friends. She was a mother who was committed, loving, and fully interested in their interests.

Camille had the capacity to make exquisite wedding cakes, as well as the ability to paint inspiring masterpieces. Her talents also included crafts, decorating, gardening, music concerts, and a tremendous sense of humor. Camille's heart was tender towards all animals, but especially her cats.

Camille cherished her role as partner, mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, and friend. She is preceded by death by her grandparents, Harold and Louise Hymas, Dale Lott and Robert Painter. As well as, niece Rachael Hymas, cousin Desi Bramwell and Uncle Kelly Hymas.

The visitation will be held at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg, Idaho on Wednesday, December 14th from 5-7pm. Camille's funeral will be held the following day, Thursday, December 15th at 11am located at 315 Gary Drive in Rexburg, Idaho. Interment will be in Plano Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made at Rexburg Animal Shelter.
