Christopher Clark was born Sept. 26, 1974 to Rick and Ruth Klingler Clark. He was the oldest of five of children.
He grew up in Rexburg where he attended Kennedy Elementary, Washington Middle School, Madison Jr. High and graduated from Madison High School.
He married Kaylene Ricks Sept. 25, 1992 they had two children, Jackson and Samantha. They later divorced.
He married Tiffany Nelson Oct. 3, 1998. They had a son, Weston. They were later divorced.
He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, four digging in his Ram Charger. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved his 3 children very much and they were very special to him. He loved watching them play sports and went whenever he could, he loved being with them.
He loved scouts and was an Eagle Scout.
He worked at Madison County Sheriffs office as a dispatcher. He also worked as a proof reader at Artco and at Jefferson County as a dispatcher for the Sheriffs office there.
He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a faithful home teacher, as 2nd counselor in the Elders Quorum Presidency and as an assistant ward clerk of the West Main Ward.
Christopher was a very special person and has never let his illness get him down. He was very kind and always concerned for everyone. He fought a great fight. He will truly be missed.
He is survived by his children, Jackson, Samantha and Weston, his parents, Rick and Ruth Clark, three brothers, Benjamin, Layel and Russell, as well as grandmothers, Shirley Klingler Johnson and Darline Jones Clark.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Becky, grandfathers, Clayne G. Klingler and Junior A. Clark, cousins Brock Squires and Jason Edie.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2009 at the West Main Ward located at 700 Park Street in Rexburg. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home and again from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Sugar City Cemetery.
