Clifford Randy Fransen, 71 years old,  passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024 in Rigby, Idaho.

Born on February 17, 1953 in Rigby, Idaho, Clifford was the first of five children of Gerry Fransen and Sharon Lee Moon. He grew up in St. Anthony, Idaho, where he went to school, and later started his own family. He loved to fish and hunt, but most of all he loved his grandchildren. He is now heading off into the sunset to hunt for Indian Arrowheads, which was his life passion.

Clifford is survived by his four siblings, Terrie Fransen Koford, Vickie Fransen Stapleton, Shawn Fransen,  and Lisa Heath. He married Wendy Mason, and they had four children, Alanna Dawn Fransen, Jeramie Clifford Fransen, Heather Jo Fransen, and Hollie Sunday Fransen. He is survived by fifteen Grandchildren, Sam, Austin, Taylor, Dustin, Cameron, Jeremy, Kayson, Eckerly, Shaylee, Tia, Paisley, Kaya, Kayslee, Reagan and Jackson, and three great grandchildren, Kelton, Preslie, and Grayson.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Arthur B. Moon and Ann Moon, and his Paternal Grandparents Fred Clifford Fransen and Alice Storm.

Memorial services will be held at Saturday, September 21 at 1:30 pm at the Rigby LDS Stake Center (258 W. 1st N. Rigby, ID 83442).
