Colleen Audis, 82, of St. Anthony, passed away May 4, 2026 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and will miss her every day.

Colleen was born December 31, 1943, in Chester, Idaho, Earl and Eula Barney. She grew up in Idaho, Arizona, and California. She married Robert Ernest Audis in Yavapai, Arizona on July 8, 1960 then later divorced. In April of 1961 they welcomed a daughter Geraldine Eula Audis. They welcomed a second daughter Virginia Audis in December of 1962. Then in October of 1964 a third daughter Anita Colleen Audis was born.

Colleen will be remembered for her warm heart, kind spirit, and stubborn determination that kept everyone on their toes. She had a way of making people feel cared for while never hesitating to speak her mind. Her love showed itself in both big and small ways — through time spent together, lessons shared, and traditions passed on to the next generation.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Colleen loved working on puzzles, watching hummingbirds drift through the yard among colorful flowers, and spending precious time teaching her great-grandchildren how to embroider. Those quiet moments became lasting memories for the family she cherished so deeply.

Though words cannot fully capture the life she lived, Colleen’s kindness, strength, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered always.Colleen is survived by her daughters; Geraldine (Jim) Walker; Virginia Audis; brother, Keith Barney; 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and one on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Anita Audis; brother, Marvin Barney; brother, Royal Barney; brother, Leslie Barney; sister, Katherene Barney.
