Danny Lee Perry, 69, of St. Anthony, ID passed away on April 29, 2016 in Rexburg, ID surrounded by his family after battling cancer.

Dan was born March 27, 1947 in Deep Water, West Virginia, to James and Nora Cales Perry.

Dan was a loving husband to Linda (Harrison) Perry, father to Danny (DJ) and Philip (Flip). Dan was also proud grandfather to Kohlton Luper, Kelsey Luper, Zachary Perry and Nora Perry as well as Great-Grandfather to Christopher Luper and Keyneigh Camp.

Dan was a sports enthusiast who loved watching baseball, college and pro basketball and going to the games when possible. Dan also loved playing golf, bowling, camping and fishing. Dan was an avid reader of history and popular non-fiction. Dan's real passion besides his family was traveling with his loving wife.

Dan is survived by his wife Linda, his 2 sons DJ (Shanna) and Flip Perry, his 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, as well 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Dan was preceded in death by his parents and Brother Denny Perry.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 11am at Bert Flamm Mortuary (581 East 1st North) in St. Anthony where the family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. The service will conclude with Military Rites by the St. Anthony Veterans. Following the Memorial Service a luncheon and Celebration of Life will be at the VFW Hall (132 West 1st North) in St. Anthony. All friends and family are welcome to join in to share memories of Dan.
