Debra Chapple passed away April 24, 2009 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 22,1954 to Lulamae Jones Machen and Keith Ivan Machen in Rexburg, Idaho both of whom are deceased.

Debra worked as a hairdresser most of her life. She loved her work over the years and had many friends all across the country because of the work she did with the Paul Mitchell Co. She was an educator, and more recently a learning leader at the Paul Mitchell School in Rexburg.

She is survived by her husband Don Chapple, sons Benjamin L. Chapple and Douglas and Rachel (Lovell) Chapple, granddaughters Denitra and Danika, all of whom are from Rexburg.

She had two sisters, Bernadene Brown of St. Anthony, ID., Billie Lou Hunsaker of College Station, TX., two brothers, Jon Machen of Salt Lake City, Ut., and Clark Machen of Rexburg.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Linda, at a very young age.

Funeral services will be held on at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the Rexburg 5th Ward Church on S. 2nd West in Rexburg. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg and Wednesday at the church from noon until 12:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
