Obituary

Delwin K Burrell, 79, of Teton City passed away peacefully at his home after years of battling pulmonary fibrosis on November 25, 2023.

He was born June 5, 1944, in Rexburg Idaho to Henry and Marvilla Hansen Burrell.

Delwin grew up in Parker, Idaho, and graduated from South Fremont High School.

After highschool while working at a gas station he met the girl who would become his wife.

He married Ivel Izatt June 24, 1966. They raised 3 children and were married for 49 years until Ivel passed away in 2014.

Delwin never met a stranger. He loved people and helping them in all situations. He enjoyed going places and seeing things. Since he drove truck for Gould's for 52 years there was a lot of going and seeing. He married Mary Ellen Hope Studebaker May 16, 2015.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ellen Hope Studebaker Burrell, his three children Keith (Angie) Burrell, Kay (Jeannie) Burrell, Danice (Joe) Heward and stepsons Todd (Lidia) Burnside and Jason (Magaly) Burnside, as well as 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandsons, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Ivel, father Henry, and mother Marvilla.

Funeral Services to be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday November 30, 2023, at the Teton LDS Church, 44 West Main, Teton City, Idaho, with a visitation from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Wilford Cemetery.
