Wednesday, June 6th 2018 , Donna C. Ellis, "slipped the surly bonds of this earth to touch the face of God"- Ronald Regan . Donna passed away from natural causes at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, ID. She was born December 28, 1932, to Alvin and Mary Peterslie, in Beach, ND and married the love of her life, Don T. Ellis, in 1950 in Rexburg.
She is survived by her son, Mitch Ellis of Boise, ID, daughter Lisa Ellis of Rexburg, sister Cheryl Peterslie of Butte, MT, 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Special thanks to Dr. Watson, Encompass Home Health, Visiting Angels and the night nursing staff of the second floor of Madison Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion.
Graveside celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 23rd, at 11am at the Rexburg Cemetery. The family suggests that donations be sent to your favorite charity.
