Donna Jean Weimer, 85, former resident of Rexburg, passed away on December 21, 2013 due to age related complications.

She was born October 7, 1928 in Roberts to George William and Emma Leah Lane Wilson. Donna grew up in Menan, and attended school in Rigby.

On January 26, 1946, she married Benjamin Weimer in Rigby. Donna was active in bowling leagues, enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, dancing, crocheting, and
being around family.

Donna is survived by her children, Gaynel Weimer of Pocatello, Rick (Kathy) Weimer of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Nicole (Scott) McCoid of Omaha, NE, Patrick Gunder of Idaho Falls, Sierra ( Eric ) Thomas of Rigby, and Schuyler Weimer of Seattle, WA; brother Danny Kay (Mary Jane) Wilson of Willard, UT; sister Vonda Gahart of Menan and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Lee, Walter, Quinton, Earl Dean, Max and sister Betty.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27th at 2 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg. The family will meet with friends from 1:00 - 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Central Cemetery at Grant.
