Eugene A. Miranda, 65, of Ririe, died Saturday, October 16, in his home.

Gene was born June 25, 1956 in Florence, Colorado, to Alex Miranda and Della Sanchez Miranda.

He loved the outdoors and spent most of his time there. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and being with family and friends. He loved classic and muscle vehicles and loved working on them.

Gene loved animals and he had two dogs, Harley & Rupert, who were always by his side.

He loved to make people laugh and was always telling jokes.

He is survived by his companion and best friend, Donetta Steiner; siblings Johnny, JoAnn Sanchez and Florence, all of Denver, Colorado.

He was preceded in death by his parents and six of his brothers and sisters.
