Flossie Mae Alley Nipko was born May 25, 1917 in Blue Rapids, Kansas, daughter of Ruth Fisher Brooks & Noah Corwin Alley, and passed away September 25, 2013 in Rexburg, Idaho.

Raised in Colorado Springs, CO - graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Home Economics, married Roy Albert Nipko DVM May 25, 1940. They raised their family in Salt Lake City, UT. She was an accomplished Seamstress & Knitter & was Mrs. Utah in 1959-60.
She was survived by her children, John Albert (Jack) (Carolie), Connie, spouse of son Tucker Roy, Jeffrey Gene, and Mary (Rod) Wade and 14 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by husband Roy Albert Nipko, by son Tucker Roy, and grandson Tucker Roy Jr.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 30, 2013 at Noon at the Bingham Creek Stake Center, 8539 S 2200 W in West Jordan, UT, with a viewing at 11:00 am.
Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery in Salt Lake City.
