IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Frank
Turner
January 29, 1967 – February 27, 2025
Frank Ray Turner passed away unexpectedly at his home in St. Anthony, Idaho, on February 27, 2025. He was born on January 29, 1967, to Duke and Valeen Turner.
Frank met the love of his life and partner in crime, Ann, through a mutual friend. They married on November 12, 1988, and spent 37 wonderful years together, building a beautiful life and raising three incredible children.
A true outdoorsman, Frank found joy in camping, hunting, fishing, and riding his side-by-side. He had a deep love for nature and passed that passion on to his children, taking the family on adventures every weekend. Whether exploring new trails, casting a line, or sitting around a campfire, he cherished every moment spent outdoors. Music was another of his great loves—he was always discovering new songs to play while tinkering in his shop.
Frank had a talent for cooking and was an exceptional chef, though he never wrote down his recipes—each meal was a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. He even catered multiple weddings, sharing his culinary gifts with others.
Though he disliked board games, he couldn't resist helping his grandkids win, often whispering answers to give them an edge. His creativity knew no bounds—if you could dream it, he could build it. Whether crafting knives, working with leather, or taking on new projects, he was always creating something unique.
Frank loved deeply and unconditionally. He saw the good in people and embraced them as lifelong friends. Generous and kind-hearted, he was always willing to lend a hand and support those in need.
Above all, Frank was the best Papa. He adored his grandchildren and took immense pride in their accomplishments. With a mischievous twinkle in his eye and a sweet treat always on hand, he made every moment special.
Frank is survived by his wife, Ann Turner; his children, Levi (Jessica) Turner of Palmer, AK, Dillon (Kathryn) Turner of St. Anthony, ID, and Hayden (Jason) Peterson of Gooding, ID; his seven beloved grandchildren; 4 brothers and 3 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Duke and Valeen Turner.
