IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Guy
Farrens
April 17, 1945 – April 9, 2025
Guy attended Bethel High School in Spanaway, Washington. His family was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany for a year where Guy graduated from Frankfurt American in 1963. Guy loved Germany and traveled with a friend all over the country as well as surrounding European countries.
He served in the National Guard in his early 20s. In 1982, Guy married Ann Clark. They had two daughters, Sarah and Jamie. Guy and Ann were married for 42 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Guy was an avid outdoorsman where he hunted, fished and just loved being in the woods. He adored Coors beer and a glass of whiskey around the fire.
His grandkids were his joy. Guy loved driving Ally and Chase round on the backhoe and when they were a little older, the front loader.
Guy was a competitive cribbage player and was always ready to take your money; especially at Gene's place on Hood Canal where he also shrimped for over 30 years. It was truly a wonderful life and Guy will be missed by so many family and friends. He was such a good man. A gathering to celebrate Guy's amazing life will be determined at a later date.
