Ibrahim Saleh El-kher (Ib), beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on Monday April 28, 2025, at the Idaho Falls Community Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones at the young age of 38.

Ib was born on December 21st, 1986, at the Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho, to his parents, Saleh & Rebecca El-kher.

Ib was the youngest of 2 boys.  They grew up in Saint Anthony, Idaho, right behind Big J's restaurant.  When he was in high school, they moved to Rexburg and he finished out his schooling there.

Growing up, he played soccer and loved doing anything outdoors.  Ib was a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan who cried when they won their first Super Bowl.  That's just how devoted he was.

Ib had many friends and was anything but shy.  His smile and personality were intoxicating and his willingness to lend a helping hand was very admirable.

Ib grew up working on cars  with his grandpa Byron Cassity and in turn that became his life's occupation.  He worked long hard hours and he loved what he did.  He was very skilled in his trade.

Aside from being loved by many he also loved many.  Ib's best friends first and foremost were his older brother Yousef and his two sons Dremon and Gracen.  And boy did he love his kids! They were his whole world and they did everything together.  There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for them.

Ib is loved and will be missed by many.  The family would like to think all of his doctors, nurses, a staff of the Idaho Falls Community Hospital for the amazing care he was given in his end of days.

Ib is survived by his wife Briana El-kher (seperated) and his 2 children; Dremon and Gracen El-kher, his girlfriend Randie Bleakley,  His parents Saleh and  Rebecca El-kher and his brother, Yousef (Janet) El-kher and their four children Maya, Andy, Xander, Emmett, his sister, Shaylene, and her five children; Abdallah, Amatallah, Mohammad, Mariam and Fatimah.

Ib is preceded in death by his grandparents Byron and Lula Mae Cassity. His uncle Ibrahim El-kher and his sweetheart Sharee Peebles (girlfriend).

Fly Eagles Fly Ib.  We will miss you very much always loved, never forgotten bye for now.

A celebration of life, will be held at Horsey Park in Saint Anthony, Sunday, June 22, 2025 between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. We are doing it on this date so those who are out of down will have advance notice to plan and able to attend and celebrate his life.
