Jesus Martin Treviso was born April 13, 1982, in Cuathmoc Chihuahua Mexico to Jesus Manuel Trevizo & Rosa Olivia Jurado Trevizo.

Martin unexpectedly passed away on August 4, 2025 in Aurora, Colorado.

When Martin was young, his family moved from Mexico to southeast Idaho, where he attended schools in Fremont County. He participated in several sports during his school years, including wrestling, boxing & basketball. Martin graduated from South Fremont High School in 2000.

In October 2005, Martin married his best friend Ashley Hathaway. Their son, Jaedon, was born in December 2005, and Ariana completed their family in August 2008.

Martin and Ashley settled in Idaho Falls, raising their children there. He worked for WM Construction until 2019 before moving his family to the Denver, Colorado area, where they remained until his passing.

Martin was an outdoor enthusiast who loved taking his family on hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping adventures whenever he could. He was also a skilled craftsman in the home construction trade, known for his impeccable attention to detail and perfectionist nature.

Martin was a gentle and humble soul who would drop everything to help anyone in need. He had a big heart and was loved by many.

Martin was preceded in death by his brother, Michael; his grandparents, Anthony "Tony" & Dolores "Lolita" Scarpelli, & cousin, Jeanette Villalba;

He is survived by his wife Ashley, son, Jaedon, daughter Ariana all of Colorado; nephew Keaton of Idaho; his mother Olivia Jurado of Idaho; his father Jesus Trevizo of Mexico; siblings Erika (Tony) Meza, Sonia (Alex) Rodriguez, Mariah Jurado, Librado Jr. (Claudia) Popcalt, and sister-in-law Demri Trevizo all of Idaho, and Yesenia Trevizo of Mexico.

Services will be Friday, August 15, 2025, at the St. Anthony LDS Stake Center, 247 E. 4th N. at 11:00 a.m. Visitation with family & friends will be available on August 14, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on August 15th, both times at the Stake Center. Internment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in St. Anthony under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary.
