John Gregory Dahlstrom, born in Spokane, Washington on March 15, 1956 passed away November 18, 2018 in his home in Rexburg, Idaho.  He was the oldest of four children born to John Arvid Dahlstrom and Janis Deane Dahlstrom of LaGrande, Oregon.  He has two surviving siblings, Jeff Dahlstrom and Stacy Dahlstrom Hagen.  John, known as Greg to his family, graduated from Olympia High School in 1974, served in the Coast Guard and received his AA degree. He is also survived by first wife Colleen Callais, and second wife, Diana Valentine (current married name unknown).

Greg loved animals, especially his beloved cats, the outdoors, music, travel and was a proud veteran.  He had a big, warm heart and was always ready to help those in need.

He will be missed by many.  Rest In Peace.
