Obituary
John Marvin Stevens, 79 of Ashton, died Friday November 21, 2014.
He was born October 12, 1935 in Twin Falls, ID to John Stevens Jr. and Opal Erleen Croft.
He graduated from Twin Fall High School and Idaho State University.
He married Jacque Einfault in 1957 in Twin Falls, ID. They had four children and later divorced.
In September of 1993 he began a life partnership with Leslie Bigler.
He was a resident of Ashton for 50 years working 37 years for the Federal Aviation Administration Radar site on Sawtelle.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his life partner Leslie Bigler; children, John K. Stevens; Marvin A. Stevens; Kenneth E (Bonnie) Stevens; Erleen M. (Byron) Stanger; Trent G. (Terrie) Phelps; Eric J Phelps (Amy Underwood); Scott (Shelly) Phelps; Angie (Steve) Oberhansley; Felicia (Woody) Fredericks; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are through Bert Flamm Mortuary.
