Karen Bonita Warner, 82 of St. Anthony, passed away, Thursday June 8, 2023.
She was born June 16, 1940 at Egin, Idaho to Lester Ervin Dixon and Mary Drucilla Wright.
She attended school in Ashton. She worked at local potato warehouse and played on Pool Leagues for many years.
She enjoyed fishing, camping, Huckleberry and Chokecherry picking, Bingo at the Senior Citizens Center and playing cards. She loved knitting and made sure everyone had new knitted slippers and pot holders for Christmas. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Karen is survived by her life partner Larry McCormick of St. Anthony; children, Willie Warner of St. Anthony, Mary Morgan (Geoff) of North Dakota, Kathleen Warner (Bob) of Oregon and Christine Dillard (Jason) of Rexburg. She is also survived by her brother Elzie Dixon of Utah, 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Arnold, Jerry, Dean, Alfred, and Chris, sisters Mary Lee, Frances, Edith and Carol, and her daughter Debbra.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Anthony LDS Stake Center.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary.
