IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kathleen
Springer
September 30, 1941 – February 21, 2022
The heart is never ready, the time is never right to say good-bye.
Kathleen (Kathy) Rae Springer was born September 30, 1941 in St. Anthony Idaho to Glen and Agnes Hunter. She passed away February 21, 2022 in Hermiston Oregon following several years of failing health. She married Rex Worthington, together they raised 4 children. They later divorced. Mom Married Roy Springer in 2004. They resided in Hermiston Oregon.
Mom loved to tend to her flowers, clean her house, cook and of course her dogs. Grandma said "I could never get her to pick up a pair of knitting needles, or a crochet hook, but she could clean a house and put a meal on the table by the time she was 12."
Mom took great pride in being a hard worker and taught us kids to do the same. Mom loved the ocean and looked forward to their trips to the West Coast. She could sit and watch the waves for hours. She loved her family and desperately missed those who passed before her. She is survived by her husband Roy Springer of Hermiston Oregon, Dan (Amy) Worthington, Cedar Hills Utah, Jo Ann (Vance) Mauch, Orem Utah, Rod (Dawn) Worthington Soda Springs Idaho, Scott (Joy) Worthington, Idaho Falls Idaho, 16 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
