Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Kenneth LeRoy Parry was called to his heavenly home on December 1, 2024.
Kenneth was born to Laurence and Lois Parry on September 15, 1936 in Jerome, Idaho. He grew up on the family homestead in Gooding, Idaho. When he was 8 years old he lost his mother, Lois, in a car accident. Grandmother, Alberta Parry took care of him along with an older sister LaVerne and a younger brother Ray.
In 1951 the family moved to West Yellowstone. It was here that he started his career working in the lumber industry. In October 1958 he joined the National Guard and was enlisted in the 116th Engineer Battalion Company C. After his honorable discharge from the National Guard he continued working in lumber in Idaho and later in Alaska and Oregon where he retired.
On December 23, 1959, he married his eternal sweetheart Charlotte Palmer. This union brought them 5 daughters, Susan, Sandra, Carol, Christy, Cathy and 1 son, Robert (Bob).
Kenneth was a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints and on February 17, 1966 he and his beautiful bride were sealed in the Idaho Falls temple.
Kenneth loved fishing, camping, family drives, and spending time with his family. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was loved by those who knew him.
