James Laurence Byrne left this world on April 16, 2024, at 81 years of age.  He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family just one month shy of his 82nd birthday.

He is preceded in death by his father James Ross Byrne and his mother Lilia Joyce Squires Byrne. He has left behind his 3 sisters, JoAnn Cramer, Louise Twitchell, and Marie Shaffer his wife, Marilee Munns Byrne, his children, Mike Byrne, Kari Rydalch, Matt Byrne, and Stacey Bergquist, as well as 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Laurence "Larry" loved life, his family, and traveling to see the wonders of the world. He thoroughly enjoyed his career designing Monolithic Domes and faithfully served in church callings. He had an amazing sense of humor clear to the end.  He will be sadly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

A viewing will be held on Monday, April 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, at the Archer LDS Church at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing held prior from 10:00 a.m. till 10:45 a.m.
