Linda was born February 3, 1960 in Denver, Colorado the daughter of Arnold Harvey Dillon and Ethel Marie (Davey) Dillon.

Linda grew up in Denver, Colorado, where she attended school and pursued her life passion when she graduated from Bel-Rea Veterinary School in Colorado, as a Veterinary Technician. Linda had loved working with animals, both domestic and exotic as well as wildlife. She always had an open door and heart for any animal in need.

There they lived until Blaine's retirement from the Army in July 1996. From there they moved to Teton, Idaho and in 1997 settled in Parker, Idaho. There they stayed until Blaine's death in 2008 when she moved to Rigby, Idaho and then in 2011 moved to Rexburg, Idaho.
