Lois June Mickelsen Miller, 84 of Egin, died July 15, 2017 at her home.

She was born June 5th, 1933 in Richvale Idaho in Teton County. Her parents were Mary and Chris Mickelsen. Lois is the youngest child out of 11 children and her siblings, Ivy, Martin, Madge, Morris, Lola, Chris, Willis, Ireta, and Dean all preceded her in death. Her sister Marylou is the only sibling surviving.

Lois was a dedicated mother to her three children and all her fur babies. Lois has 20 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Lois attended the 1st thru the fifth grade in Teton Valley School. Her family then moved to St Anthony when Lois was in 6th grade and she then attended St Anthony junior high school and St Anthony High School. She graduated in 1951.

Lois met a young man named Dell Miller and they where married in 1951 in Dillon Montana. They were then sealed for Time and Eternity in the Rexburg temple in 2011. Lois and Dell had three children Susan, Sandra and David. Sandra passed away at the age of 49. Lois has 20 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Lois and Dell spent the remaining years on their farm in Heman Idaho. Lois loved working at the senior center where she worked for 27 years. Lois loved going to church and she especially loved her church callings and her home teachers.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in the Egin Bench LDS Chapel with Bishop L. LaVar Hunter officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary and on Tuesday from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. at the Church. Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery.
