Marcus Gregory Alan Blower, aged 23, passed away suddenly on October 17, 2016 in Rexburg, Idaho after a short battle with an aggressive form of leukemia.
Marcus was born on January 25, 1993 in Ukiah, California to loving parents Michael and Cherie (Gore) Blower. After graduating from Redwood Academy, Marcus attended Central Arizona College in Casa Grande to pursue his passion for diesel mechanics.
While attending Central Arizona College, Marcus met an incredible girl named Edna Torres. Marcus married the love of his life on May 18, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. After college, the two lived in Ukiah before moving to Idaho where Marcus worked at his dream job as a John Deere parts technician at Madison County Implement. Knowing that their family was not yet complete, Marcus and Edna joyfully welcomed their beautiful daughter Esterlynn Yessica Blower on May 16, 2016.
When not working, Marcus spent his time enjoying his family, keeping in touch with his parents in California, and playing with his fur babies Roscko, Hanzel, and Gretal. His hobbies included woodworking, competitive shooting, and eating good food. Marcus was also involved in his community where he served as a Scout Master Assistant and Den Leader.
Marcus will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his kind spirit, and his unfailingly happy personality. Although Marcus is physically gone, his presence will live on through the life of his daughter Esterlynn and the wonderful memories he left his family and friends.
Marcus is survived by his wife Edna Torres Blower; daughter Esterlynn Yessica Blower; parents Michael and Cherie Gore Blower; siblings; Candace (Jesse) Addington, Christopher (Carlene) Blower, and Cody (Lacy) Blower; grandparents Fredrick and Nancy Blower; Gordon Gore and Sharon (Pete) Hathaway; as well as multiple nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
