Obituary

Marilyn Hansen Clements, 75, of Rexburg passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, April 28, 2015, from complications of a stroke while surrounded by her family. Marilyn was born in Rexburg, Idaho to Nels and Mollie Hansen. She was the youngest of three children and the only daughter. Marilyn attended schools in Rexburg, graduated from Madison High School in 1958, and then attended Ricks College.

On September 2, 1960, she married her high school sweetheart, Neil W. Clements, in the Idaho Falls Temple. Marilyn and Neil were blessed with three daughters, Kathy, Randi and Tina; and one son, Neil Todd. Marilyn was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in various callings. Marilyn adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved quilting, reading, and cheering on her favorite sport teams.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Neil; son Neil Todd; her parents Nels and Mollie; and her brother and sister-in-law Vearl and Loa Lee Hansen.

Marilyn is survived by her three daughters, Kathy (Rob) Antczak of Murray, Utah; Randi (Rod) Jensen; and Tina Clements Jensen all of Rexburg; Brother and sister-in-law Keith and Belva Hansen.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015, at the Rexburg 13th ward L.D.S church building, located 210 S 12th West. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home and Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will follow immediately after the services at the Rexburg Cemetery.
