Obituary

Our beautiful mother, grandmother, and wife, Marilyn Jepperson Hansen, of Victor, Idaho, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2015 due to complications from surgery. She was surrounded by her family who loved her very much.

Marilyn was born April 4, 1949 in Ogden, Utah to Gilbert and Vera Fernelius. At age three she was adopted by Steven and Evelyn Jepperson of Tremonton, Utah.

She attended school in Tremonton and graduated from Bear River High School in 1967. She married the love of her life, Robert Hansen, on March 22, 1968 in the Logan, Utah temple. Together they had seven children: Tamra Andersen, Larry and Joey Hansen, Melinda and Ken Morley, James and Angela Hansen, Marci and Mark Todd, Joseph and Dawn Hansen, and Laura and Daniel Nielsen. Marilyn had 34 grandchildren that she loved more than anything.

She served in the LDS church playing the piano, teaching primary, and serving in the nursery, which she loved. She taught us to love sunsets, flowers, animals, and nature. Nothing made her happier than to serve her family and to bring them happiness.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the Driggs, Idaho Stake Center. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment in Cache Clawson Cemetery.
