Obituary

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Marlene Elma Calderwood Woolstenhulme, 80, passed away peacefully in Tremonton, Utah surrounded by family members on Monday March 17, 2014 in Tremonton, Utah.

Marlene was born December 1 st 1933 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Myron E. Calderwood and Elma P. Weeks. She lived in Irwin, Idaho until she was 11 years old then moved to Teton Valley where she attended grade school in Victor and Graduated from Teton High School in 1952.

She was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at the age of 8 years old and served as a faithful member in many calls throughout her life.

She Married Gail Delbert Woolstenhulme for time and all eternity in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple June 4 th 1952.

Marlene centered her life around her husband, children, family and friends. She had a great love of reading, flowers, gardening and taking drives, She especially loved Yellowstone Park. She had a great love for the outdoors and going on picnics. She was a very accomplished seamstress and cook.

She is survived by her children, Sandra Woolstenhulme (Nell Holtzclaw) of Rigby, ID; Daryl (Ruth) Woolstenhulme of Montpelier, ID; DeNean (Don) Card of Wenatchee, WA; Lana (Kevin) Wright of Tremonton, UT; Sheila (Terry) Horn of St. Anthony, ID; Lisa (Bruce) Hancock of Tremonton, UT; and Wade (Chris) Woolstenhulme of Payson, UT; Siblings Jay (Joan) Calderwood of Victor, Idaho; Lola (George) Woolstenhulme of Spring City, Utah; Lloyd (Debbie) Calderwood of Hayden Lake, Idaho; Neil (Loraine) Calderwood of Murray, Utah: Mickey (Cerola) Calderwood of Sandy, Utah; 27 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Marlene was preceded in death by her Husband Gail, infant daughter Kerri Lynn, her parents Mike and Elma, and Sister Mryna Standiford.

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 22, 11 AM at the St. Anthony 2 nd LDS Ward Chapel. Family will receive friends on Friday March 21 from 6 – 7:30 PM at Bert Flamm Mortuary (581 East 1 st North St. Anthony, Idaho) and Saturday March 22 nd from 10 -10:45 AM at the LDS Church located at 145 East 1 st North St Anthony, Burial will be held at the Wilford Cemetery.
