Obituary

Marvin Eugene Whittaker was born in Rexburg, Idaho on March 1,1943 to Henry B and Thelma Whittaker. He attended schools in Madison County and graduated from Madison high School. He spent two years serving his country during the time of the Viet nam Conflict. He was stationed in Okinawa. After he returned home he worked at a variet of jobs. He spent most of his life in the Rexburg area.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Thelma and step-mother Alta, two sisters; Marian and Irene and a step-brother Larry Messerli.

He is survived by his brothers; Henry (Hope) Whittaker of Highland, California, Gordon (Shana) Whittaker of Rexburg and a sister; Delpha (Blair) Clay of Sugar City, step-brothers; David (Kathy) Messerli, Robert (Ann) Messerli, and Gerald (Heather) Messerli all of Terreton or Mud Lake, and many nieces and nephews.

He will be buried in the Sutton Cemetery at Archer. Private family services will be held.
