Mary Woolsey Withers was born March 19, 1930, in Teton City, Idaho, to Don and Gwennie Woolsey. She had two brothers Ted and Bobby and one sister Janis. When she was eight years old the family moved to El Monte, California where she attended school and graduated from High School.

On July 26, 1951 she married Ellis Mark Withers in Rexburg, Idaho. On July 10, 1952, they welcomed their first daughter Sheri while Ellis was in the service stationed in Germany. After his release the family moved to Idaho where Vicki was born on September 14, 1955.

Ellis was a dairy farmer and Mary worked as a LPN in local hospitals. On June 10, 1969, a son Kevin joined the family and on October 12, 1971, another son Shane completed the family.

Mary was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served in various church positions.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Ellis on August 10, 2005, her son Kevin on August 14, 2022. Both her brothers Ted and Bobby.

She is survived by her children Sheri (Michael) Jones, Lyman Wyoming; Vicki (Brint) Freeman, Rexburg, Idaho; and Shane (Michelle) Withers, Rexburg, Idaho. Her sister Janis Bates, California. along with her 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren.
