Obituary

Micheal Wayne Wright, 64 of St. Anthony, died Friday, May 11, 2012.

He was born January 10, 1948 in Salt Lake City, UT to Hugh Arthur and Ruth Mae Cherry Wright.
He moved with his family to St. Anthony, Idaho in 1953 where attended St. Anthony schools and graduated from South Fremont High School. He then attended and graduated cumlaude from Western Technical College in Englewood, Colorado as an Automotive Technician.

He worked for Frome Motors and Stone Town & Country in St. Anthony. He later worked at the Idaho Stud Mill on the green chain until it closed. He then worked for Linford Farms and was then self employed as a handyman and craftsman.

He married Lisa Baker in 1978. They later divorced.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He enjoyed snowmobiling, driving his sand rail and riding his motor cycle. He loved spending time with and spoiling his three grandsons with treats.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal (Britt) Briggs of Rigby, ID; His father, Hugh Wright of St. Anthony, ID; his brother Richard Wright of Portland, OR; His sister Patricia (Jeffry) Wright of Boise, ID; and 3 grandsons. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Anthony 4th Ward Chapel. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary (581 E. 1st N., St. Anthony), and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
