Nathaniel "Nate" Clark Davis, 30, unexpectedly departed this life on Thursday, January 18, 2024 in Orem, Utah.

Nathaniel was born on December 10, 1993 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. When he was six years old, he moved to Mesa, Arizona with his family where he lived until he was thirteen years of age. His family then moved to American Fork, Utah where he spent his teen years and attended American Fork High School.

Nathaniel loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed camping, hunting, hiking, off-roading, and taking drives in the mountains. In recent years, Nathaniel enjoyed working in excavation. He did a lot of manual labor assembling and laying pipes, but he had the most fun operating a 740 haul truck and 960 front loader. He loved coming home from work after a long day and playing video games and cooking up steak (his favorite food).

Nathaniel's family was proud of his accomplishments, and we wish we had one more opportunity to let him know how much he was loved. We take comfort in knowing that he is at peace and free from the challenges of this life. We also find comfort through our Savior, Jesus Christ, the plan of salvation and the knowledge of eternal families.

Nathaniel was preceded in death by his father Michael, his older sister Isabell and his grandparents James and Vera Davis.

He is survived by his mother Ann and his younger sister Jubilee Davis, both of Rexburg, as well as four aunts, three uncles, and five cousins. He also leaves behind his lifelong friend and adventure buddy, Scott Pethtel of Orem, Utah.

Nathaniel will be interred at the Rexburg Cemetery.
