Pandra Melissa Turley Oliphant was born on September 3, 1940 in Ellensburg, WA. She transitioned to the next chapter of her life on Friday August 12, 2016. Her parents were Wayne Lilburn and Della Virgina Turley. She is the oldest of four children.

Pandra also known as Penny was very involved in her community participating in 4-H, synchronized swimming, dance and being a majorette.

She attended Central Washington College for three years before transferring to BYU in Provo, where she eventually was swept off her feet and then married the love of her life, Robert Toone Oliphant. They were married and sealed in the Salt Lake temple on March 14, 1962.

Pandra and Bob have 10 beautiful and loving children, 33 grand children and 5 great grand children. She loved working with children whether it was in primary, elementary school, swimming, 4-H, boy scouts, dancing or being a mom to all the neighbor children. She enjoyed working as a receptionist at H&R Block for 18 years. She loved making costumes for the college and local dance and theater groups. She always had a listening ear and loving heart to any who needed.

Pandra's family would like to invite you to view her beauty on August 20, 2016 at Flamm Funeral Home, Rexburg Idaho from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m. Bring your dancing shoes to join in her life celebration at the Sugar City Gray Church on Main Street from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. that evening.
