Robert Dean Dillard, 62 of St. Anthony, died, January 26, 2025, peacefully at his home after a long battle with cancer.

Robert was born May 9, 1962 in Arco, Idaho to Robert "Okie" Lewis Dillard and Mary Pauline Larson Dillard.

He attended grade schools in Howe and Parker as well as Jr. High and High school in St. Anthony Idaho.

He drove logging trucks, he herded sheep with his dad for Keith Tucker and was a Hyster driver for Walters Produce.

He enjoyed bull riding, camping, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his life partner, Jackie Johnson of St. Anthony, children, Gage Johnson of St. Anthony, Cody Dillard of Rexburg, Marysue Johnson of St. Anthony and Samual Johnson of St. Anthony. Siblings, Susan Ashley of St. Anthony, Anita (Mike) Bingham of Orofino, Linda Jean Bauer of St. Anthony, Polly (Paul) Smith of St. Anthony, David (Mandy) Dillard of St. Anthony and Jason (Chris) Dillard of Rexburg. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Vickie Diehl and Jeannie Thornock.

Services will be planned at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary.
