Robert H. McLeland, 65, of Rexburg, died December 20, 2018, at his home of natural causes. He was born to Patricia Jolley, November 03, 1953 in Vernon, TX. At the age of 6 he was adopted by Howard and Mary Sue McLeland, he then attended schools in the Amarillo, TX.

Bob moved around until he ended up in Reno, NV working for the Reno Police Dept. During this time he met his wife, Jacqueline and they started their lives together. An injury forced him to retire from the RPD and together them moved to Rexburg, ID where he found a new career with the Post Office. He retired from there after twenty years. He enjoyed people and loved being around everyone.

Bob joined his wife as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and they were sealed as a family in May of 1990.

Bob loved his family, they were everything to him. He frequently helped with school activities
and encouraging his children to be happy. Jackie was the love of his life and his rock, he was
also blessed with three daughters and eight grandchildren. He spent so much of his time after
retirement helping his children, spoiling their children and traveling with Jackie.

Bob is survived by his wife Jackie Rene and her mom Francis. His children and their families;
Elizabeth and Edgar, Tiffany and children, Gabriel, Tyree, Drake and Jude, Heather and Justin
with their children Stratton, Maddox, Deacon and Amelia.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27th at the Rexburg East Stake Center. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Condolences may be sent online to www.flammfh.com.
