Robin Sue Scroggins, 65, of Rexburg, died December 15, 2023, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital of natural causes.

She was born May 21, 1958, in Redding, California to Lucy Ann Shaw and Henry Lee Scroggins.  She was raised and attended school in Redding.

After graduating from high school she was married to Skip Notley.  Two children, Sean and Stefanie, where born to this union.  They were later divorced.  Robin raised her family in several places across the country.

Robin enjoyed sewing and crafting and loved being outdoors.  As a young kid she enjoyed annual hunting trips with her father.  She loved her family and enjoyed being with them whenever the opportunity arose.

She is survived by her children, Sean (Teana) Notley of Nebraska, Stefanie Notley of Rexburg; a brother, Jeffrey (Deborah) Scroggins of Texas; grandchildren, Matthew (Janelle), Karly, Sierra (Hunter), and Dakota; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Leonard Scroggins.
