Rodney V. Hart, 65, from Rexburg, Idaho passed away in his home in Hibbard after battling pancreatic neroendocrine tumor cancer for over five years.

Rodney was born to Neil F. Hart and Shirley Marie Vadnais on September 24, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was raised in Rexburg, Idaho.

He started Rod's Custom Cabinets in 1986 out in Hibbard. Rod enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his family. He loved nature and to be in the mountains. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports over the years.

Rod married his beloved wife, Pamela Robison on February 14, 1980 and they have been married for 44 years and raised four children together, and loved their 13 grandchildren.

Rod was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Rodney served a mission in Sacramento, California from 1977 – 1979. He served in numerous callings over the years. His favorite were serving in the young men and scouting.

Rod is survived by his wife Pamela Hart, children Kimberly (James) Ovard, Stephanie Hart, Berkley (Teshia) Hart, and Blake (Chantae) Hart, his sisters Brinda (Ed) Howard and Tonya (David) Bunnell.

Preceded in death by his parents Neil and Shirley Hart and his in-laws Ferris and Arva Robison.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home and from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Henry's Fork Stake Center. Interment will be in the Rexburg Cemetery.
