Sue Leonard, 77, of St. Anthony, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022.

She was born August 26, 1945, in Weiser Idaho to William and Elizabeth Bennett. She was an only child and her mother passed away when she was just a toddler. She was raised by family members until she was adopted by Samuel and Thelma Collett when she was 14 years old.

She married ElRoy Leonard on February 5, 1965, and they had three children together. They later divorced. She married Jerry Skinner and was later divorced from him but built many lasting relationships with his children and family.

Sue was a master of comedic words and phrases and was known to make others laugh at her wit and stories.

She was known to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as Granny. She considered them to be her greatest earthly treasure and they all loved her very much.

She is survived by her children: Michelle Allred, Lorraine Torres (Ron Orr), and Brandon (Jackie) Leonard, 10 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her birth parents, adopted parents, and great-grandchild, Avery Kamachi.

The family is planning to receive friends on Sunday, September 18, 2022, from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary, 581 E. 1 ^st N., St. Anthony, Idaho.
