Suzelle Orr
Nina "Suzelle" Wright Orr, 50, of Rexburg passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015 of natural causes.
She was born on June 14, 1965, in San Jose, California to Keith and Joyce Wright. While in California, she was blessed with a baby brother, Korby. Their Family relocated to Overland Park, Kansas in 1976. After a few years in Kansas, their family moved to Sugar City, ID were she attended and graduated from South Fremont High School in 1983. While attending high school she participated on the drill team.
After graduating high school she attended one semester of college at Idaho State University before moving home to marry her high school sweetheart, Ron Orr, on June 1, 1984. She started working at Artco and continued to work there for 30+ years while raising her family. They were blessed with 4 children, Bron, Whitney, Darric, and Kortney. Ron and Suzelle were later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS temple in December 1987.
Suzelle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served many callings including young women's presidency, primary teacher and compassionate service leader. She loved to do crafting, going to yard sales, snow skiing and swimming. Her greatest love was her family and caring for them. She enjoyed supporting her children in all of their activities from baseball, basketball, football, softball, dance and cheerleading.
Suzlle had a passion for showing kindness to others. She had a contagious smile, personality, and was the life of the party. She made friends everywhere she went. She touched many lives in her short life. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Orr of Rexburg; her children, Bron Orr, of Rexburg; Whitney Orr, of Rexburg, Darric Orr, of Rexburg; and Kortney Orr, of Rexburg; and one grandchild, Traevyn Miller-Orr, of Idaho Falls. Her mother, Joyce Wright; and her brother Korby (Kirsten) Wright. Her mother in law Rhea Orr; She was preceded in death by her father, Keith Wright. Her father in law, Darrell Orr; brother in law Rick Orr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the Salem LDS Chapel (3462 North Salem Rd.) The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. both at the church. Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary.
